Chef Kaysen to open restaurant at Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort

Gavin Kaysen, the acclaimed chef behind Minneapolis restaurants Spoon and Stable, Mara and Demi, will expand out of Minnesota later this year when he opens The Merchant Room at the new Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort

The Merchant Room will be the signature restaurant at the Naples Beach Club, which Four Seasons plans to open this fall. It'll have a menu featuring flavors of the Gulf Coast and a design with tall ceilings and a terrace overlooking both the pool and shoreline.
